In our thrust towards building community and the Church of the Poor, and making health and continuous formation of the families of our partners and staff our primary concern. We, the staff of the Diocese of Virac Social Action Foundation, Inc., commit ourselves to serve the marginalized poor by working for socio-cultural, self-reliance, and ecological conservation of the environment

In the year 2014, we hope to achieve the following:

• Institutionalize Christian formation for all project beneficiaries
• An active advocacy for the preservation of the natural resources and ecological balance in the Province of Catanduanes
• Provide basic health services to the marginalized sectors
• Create an organized, empowered, and actively engaged CSO's
• Provide livelihood opportunities to poor families
